Why yes, that is a new symbol. Yes, I am making a new ATD OC. I needed a guy. XD Plus somewhere to dump all my less-creative alien ideas.Here's Octane. He can swim with jet propulsion really really fast, and turn itself into a living bullet. Unfortunately it needs water to breathe.
