Description My first shot at making an emoticon. Totally for scratch, except that I used a tutorial or two. I need to work on my animation skills, though. >.< That arm going above his head thing bothers me.

Photoshop CS3 has an animation feature. (I'm not sure if lower versions have it, though.) If you don't have that, though, there's a lot of GIF animators online that you can do the same thing with.
