You guys asked, so I delivered! This is the first "How to Draw Wings of Fire Dragons" tutorial in what will hopefully be a 10 part series How to Draw IceWings! Featuring our favorite grumpy Prince Winter.

I do plan to make a tutorial for every Wings of Fire tribe. If you have any suggestions, critique or things you thought I did well in the tutorial I would really love your feedback! I've never done tutorials before so any constructive comment helps a ton.

Below is a link to the picture of Winter I drew in the tutorial if you'd like to look at it more closely!

I really like the way you executed this video! you explained everything nicely and went slow enough to keep up and get precise, as well as give context to why you did certain things. I like the tips you offered a lot as well.
The only issue I have with this tutorial is the anatomy of the head. The skull's forehead is too far set back, and the two main horns come out at odd angles. The jaw also looks like the top part moves when it really should be the bottom, hence the bottom jaw bone. Looking at a dinosaur or bird skull for a few minutes would definitely help, as well as give your dragon heads more form and definition. Other than that, the tutorial was well done and I enjoyed watching it!

Thank you so much for the detailed critique! You're absolutely right about the top of the skull, the little ridge where the forehead is should be closer to the eyes and not so far back. I think I was focusing too much on trying to do a smooth curve from forehead to snout so that the style didn't look like the typical "dog dragon" style, but I definitely should have done a test image first and matched it up with dinosaur anatomy. The jaw comment is useful as well. I'll certainly take these in mind in the future tutorials and I appreciate you looking closely at anatomy! It's not often I get such a thoughtful comment ^_^
