Preface:

The hot white ash, the sounds bubbling corpses, and the stench of a billions of molecules of flesh seeping through what was once human beings is all that is left on earth. These sites, sounds and smells would drive a person with the strongest stomach to spew explosive vomit from their lower intestines; however, this all that is left of what was once a bustling and prosperous planet.

The preachers always proclaimed that is would be by God’s hand that the apocalypse would come to pass. Only some unique and foresighted scholars would proclaim that it would be human beings which would bring about their own demise. After the fall of the human race, after everything on this once beautiful planet had been destroyed; there was nothing left. There was nothing left but any empty, smelly, God forsaken plot of death.

So what was it that brought about the fall of the human race? Was it the hand of God swiping down upon the foul and the wicked; only to find that the innocent were killed as well? Was it a giant dragon coming from a blood red sea with 7 heads? Or could it have been the angel of death making his glorious return from years of waiting in the wings?

Oh, how I wish this was true. I wish I could say that it was God’s decision to destroy the inhabitants of this planet. Sadly it was our own fault. We were the hand swiping down, we were the dragon and the one who created the blood red sea, and we were the angels of death. Such a wonderful planet it once was. Now, there is nothing.
