The splashing water looks amazing and FAN-tastic!
Good job here, I also love the eyes~
The only little "but" I can say about the muscles which look like made from snowball...weak contrast and too much round especially with this shading.

Thanks so much for the compliments! I'd been working on that wave over and over again and I'm glad you appreciate it! As for the muscles what would suggest doing to up the contrast? I tried to keep the muscles round as per mega swamperts design but it was kinda difficult. I'm still getting used to photoshop. Thanks again for the feedback!
