I, Photo Feeinsh, am a naturale in front of ze kamerah!AWKWARD ARM ANGLE = HIGH FASHION.
I love Photo Finish to bits. I also love cosplaying Photo Finish to bits, because strutting around like a diva and talking in das accent was so much fun, and I felt like a celebrity because people kept going "PHOTO FINISH!!!" A really well-known Axel cosplayer even wanted a picture with me 8'3 SO FLATTERED. Anyway, this is the first up-close pic I have of this costume, but expect more!
P.S. I had to hike the skirt up to bum-height every time I wanted to sit down to avoid crushing the diamonds mein Flootershi constructed for me. The skirt is actually at my knees |D

Aww, thank you!! ;w; My Fluttershy made the diamonds, all I did was paint 'em, haha. They're made of cardboard and dreams! I wanted real rhinestones but they don't get made that big and makin' 'em outta resin is just too much work for me during school, fff. They were also a problem throughout the con, since they were just hotglued on and kept trying to fall off ._. But I'm glad they were worth all the trouble! <3
As for the blue stockings, I wasn't sure about them either because of color balance, but then I got blue gloves and blue ears, and it was like ~*BALANCE ACHIEVED*~! I just wanted the colors to be seen from afar and people know who I was. And have an excuse to buy blue tights =w= <3

I know! I searched all of the internets and Michael's and I couldn't find any rhinestones like that. But yours look great! Hard to believe they're cardboard!

I covered them in clear nail polish on top of the acrylic XD;; That's the only reason they're shiny, and it was annoying as hell, using the teeny brush, but I tell you what, it made a big difference!
btw! Was it you who was saying it's hard to find wide-striped fabric?? Because my local Wal-mart, of all places, suddenly had it in stock, even in a shiny, silk-like texture that commands attention! If you don't have it at your Wal-mart, I could buy and ship some to you if you like! <3

Oh, cool! Thanks for the tip! Maybe since it's after Halloween it's easier to come by. I know someone told me that pattern sells out really fast to people who make costumes.

Baw, thank you so much!! I wanted to be as marvelous as possible since Photo Finish is such an over-the-top character, but stopped short of prancing around like she does for foot pain purposes. I watched the episode thirty-something times to achieve that! It's not creepy at all!

Apparently one of the Twilight Sparkles who took my picture actually had the accent, and we were talking back and forth sounding pretty cool, except I had no idea it was her real accent at the time xD; I must have done a pretty good job if she was so enthralled instead of being offended, lol!
