If I take a look at:
PPG - Then I have to see the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys are deadly enemies with unforgivable crimes as not only robbing banks in Townsville and destroy many of those buildings around the city, but also attempt to kill the Powerpuff Girls with really aggressive opportunity.
PPGZ - Then I experience both the Powerpuff Girls and Rowdyruff Boys there are consolidated and playful, also these Rowdyruff Boys are not that actively evil doers, they have evil plans even less dangerous than Mojo's, but even if they have any, not aggressive at all, they are just mean to the Powerpuff Girls, but the same time (as long as the Rowdyruff Boys don't have a transformation belt or some kind of advantage in power) the Powerpuff Girls outmatch them in skills. The Rowdyruff Boys here trick the girls with disgusting behavior and bullying taunts. The Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys here have the most possibility to fall in love as they are not brutal just drive each other mad sometimes. The only opposition between them is their light/dark energy contrary what surrounds their body, this slightly and awful evil self of the Rowdyruff Boys can only be refered to Mojo as they are not purely evil, just bullyers or formal "enemies", but not much.
PPGD - Then I consider the Powerpuff Girls are really desperate as they are all calm and serious to their job to protect the world against evil doers. They are not that aggressive, but still have fighting spirit when they meet with the Rowdyruff Boys, who wants to fulfill mission objectives what they eventually have. When the situation requires it, they cannot create better relationship than just being allies to each other formerly.

I think that there is more chance of a relationship would be the PPGD versions ...
although officially it would never happen here ...
they have more chances of it ... since rrbs are "good" in this version and as you said, it's easy to see a situation with them being allies of girls.
with PPGZ .... it's a complicated situation ...
although the boys are just rude and nasty with the girls, there is the factor that they are little kids ...
the PPGZ don't remember about them at any time in the series (only when they appear in the episode)
in the original, they were "puffs" as the girls ... leading us to believe that they were a better couple combination Β because they were the only ones similar to them ...
however in the anime, they all are humans ...
there are other characters that can hold the position more easily than they ...

Well, you created a completely different story which can be mentioned as continuation of the entire anime which is called Online Z as we know. That completely changed my thoughts about the RRBs, their attitude changed in many ways, they started being strategist in their plan, unlike in the anime they behave childish and disgusting. It was like they became mature a bit. Let's take a look at Sonic X, for RRBZ it's like a crazy and hilarious Charmy changed into a pretty serious and rival Shadow. Something similar happened to the Rowdyruffs in your comic creations.
Also if I take a closer look at them, in both the original and in the anime, they are pretty like siblings, but still so many pics around deviantart and youtube videos aired about their lover relationships, okay, okay I pretty like these 3 couples what fans shipping, but still the ingredients make me feel confused as Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup DNA is copied in the anime though. Mojo just picked completely different ingredients in prison in the original version and not even a bit of the girls were used upon creation. The Rowdyruff Boys were not supposed to be born in the original version as not a single ingredient was matched with the girls as neither spice, sugar or goods were used, neither their DNA. Mojo picked some jailbirds hair, a bit of a dogtail hair and 2 pieces of snails. You just cannot imagine how hard I laughed when I compared the two creation of Rowdyruff Boys.

I'm really glad you liked my version ^^.
The only thing that disturbed me a lot in PPGZ was the lack of seriousness in the series ... I like childish and colorful anime, but they do a lot of things sound stupid and funny when actually needed to be at least taken more seriously ...
Even the citizens of the city were put to the stupid ... why they can't be a normal citizens?
I just want to keep a few things like some of their funny and silly personalities ... but the rest I prefer to be more like a "real anime" than something extremely childish.
about the couples ... I really liked them more the original version as a couples XD
but on PPGZ, now I no longer consider myself a big fan of the versions PPGZ x rrbz ...
I just ... "like them"...Β
I really need to develop my idea/thoughts about it ...Β
because they simply don't appeal to me anymore/as before ...

Seriousness in series like what the original PPG has was extremely horrible and frightening for me sometimes and it has lack of jokes actually. So I say that the PPGZ under the opposite processing compare to PPG. I think everything became equal and healthy in PPGD and it's also as mystical as it needed to be, the only thing what disturbs my eyes is DexterxBlossom they are not a good match at all in relationship they are not meeting in any Cartoon Network show and has nothing in common. Blossom is powerful while Dexter is weak but smart. The Dexter in PPGD behave completely different which accidentally gives him the probability to get closer to Blossom's feelings. I'm still speechless when somebody ask me about: Who matches Blossom better, Dexter or Brick? As I would not wish Blossom to date with an antagonist like Buttercup did with Ace the Gangreen Gang leader, and as I know Blossom is a boy-crazed girl (at least in PPGZ she is, so I think she is actually also as boy-crazed in PPG and PPGD too), still I would rather consider her lover being someone who is similar to her and leisure, Brick is closer to this, but not enough close, his strange energy of his body should become light instead of dark, but still he has more chance unlike Dexter who is considered a complete loser in his show more likely than a successful protagonist. That's why.
