you can open it with Winrar, because it's compressed application .

7-Zip works fine too.
But the main issue is that you should be posting here.
Remember, there are those who are less experienced; and you are showing them it's OK to download an unknown EXE file from an unknown web-site. Eventually it will bite them...
Please understand, I mean no offense. It's a great looking Msstyle, and I'm sure it's safe. It just puts some people on the road to unsafe practices. (Plus it's a lot more convenient for us fellow Deviants to download Msstyles if they are posted right here!)
