Edit: I added 'Griffon' in as well since they are a Griffolk form as well!Hey so I finally got around to making this, it's a little template to give you a space to put all your Griffian's Griffolk forms. I have provided the psd file so feel free to edit, modify, recolour, turn it into whatever else - For example if you want to display multiple forms of a Griffolk you can just copy and paste the squares and move the text.
The text I used is called "Quite Magical" if you would like to download and use it.

Maybe I could make one later but I mainly just wanted to get a Griffolk template out since those are the ones that can be used in all the trials and such
