The design of my last fursona was eating at me for a really really long time. The reason that i practically never drew her is mostly that I just couldn't stand all of those complicated, busy, random markings. I really love simple but memorable characters, and this is actually my... fourth?... attempt at a new fursona. I might post the other three up, probably just the linearts though. Free clouded leopard lineart, anyone?XD
Im really really loving this design. Especially the freckles this one just makes so much more sense to me.
You might be wondering why a red panda. Well, long story short, i discovered them via Mozilla Firefox (firefox is another name for a red panda) and just fell in love with them at 1000 feet per second. You cant deny that they are some of the cutest animals out there.
Their personality as a whole doesn't necessarily fit mine, but each individual is different, as is she.
Her name is Kwiz. Why? Because i will be changing accounts. I cant really give too much away, though x3 idk ive grown out of my "everything must be warrior kitty cat" stage, and when my peers ask me what my online name is im embarrassed to say Birchshade.
So yep. Love the colors here too. Much less dull then the ones used for Lizzy (who i am still keeping, btw. I may still draw her, because i am still really attached to her. But come on, she had leopard spots on her shoulder :/ )
Also, what really made me crave one of these funky critters for a sona is the fact that they are their own species. That just...it was exactly what i wanted. Im so happy right now XDDD
But god the anatomy o_o difficult. Ill really need to practice.
So, okay then, end of giant wall of text. I would love to hear what you think

ps. i drew this a long time ago, but wanted to wait before i posted this because of a colab im doing with ~LillianDA , which involves my old fursona. But, since i have yet to receive the sketch after this long, i got impatient :V
