Description Time is mind...
... and mind is endless repetition, which creates the illusionary flow of time through
memory of the past and anticipation of the future.
The different sections in this picture have different times, similar to the time-zones of our planet.
As the snake is winding her way through life, the head which is the place of visual perception is always in the now, whereas the body is in all the places where the head has previously been.
But the body is everywhere at the same time, so there is no past, only the ever changing now.

I forgot to mention, that this drawing reminds me alot of the lucid dreams i have..... i always seee randomly put together houses, with lots of stairs and windows......(usually platforms too)

I wish to draw like this one day.

inspired by psychedelic right? Love the eye breaking through the corner in the middle.

I could say it was like escher. But that would be a lie. However it is a very interesting geometrically balanced piece and very good ideas backing it. Strangley enough I really like the letters on the grass. Wonder how you pulled it off. Probably was simply a coor change.

Anyways. Good job.

You are right, it's quite different from Escher.
He was very precise and accurate in his work, with lots of attention to the detail.
Maybe my works remind of him, because not so
many painters are into geometrics.
My perspectives are sloppy and often full of little mistakes, which gives them a naivistic atmosphere.
Too much accuracy would kill that effect.

I Couldn't think of the artist you reminded me of. Otherwise I would have noted it. Did not mean to sound negtive in any way.

You didn't sound negative at all.
I just think you are right to say it doesn't
look like Escher. It looks like me!

And that is the truth. And the way it should be.

I agree, there is something of Escher's style in it. I love the way all your ideas are wired together in a single solid composition, and everything has a meaning to it. Very nice shading technique, too. Amazing work.

this reminds me a lot of escher, but will a little more instablitiy and warp to it. i like. :]

Lovely. Very Escher-esque in a way. It's that whole strange impossible world that I love so much, that I want to see more of.
