Description

The Tablings have grown exponentially in number. There are now countless numbers of them all over Hetherev, of all shapes and makes. Some have found themselves integrating with civilization, taking places besides other intelligent beings as apprentices and assistants, companions and scholars. Others simply roam the land in search of fun and adventure. There are new communities of Tablings in the various forests of Hetherev - the pines of Kobekan, the palms of Mellekori, even the dusty grasslands of Sen'nahen - though none of them have grown to the size of their mother.

Many of them migrate back to their mother once a year, or send news her way via trees and travelers.

TABLING NPCs!
Since there are now so many Tablings in the world, you can now use them as NPC's in your challenge art and roleplay adventures!
Feel free to make up Tablings to fit your needs - students and couriers, dark and light, slender and round!

They are intelligent and have great capacity to learn - but they are also mischievous, playful, and easily distracted with whatever they find interesting!
Tablings are innocent creatures, and are not prone to negative emotions such as anger, greed, or spite.

Some important design notes!
Tablings range in size from 4 inches to 4 feet!
Hair is leafy or vine-y; they can be very very fine to the point of looking like human hair, if you want!
Sometimes they grow flowers or berries. Sometimes even pinecones!
They come in all shades of green, from the yellowy spectrum to the blue!
Tabling horns come in many configurations, large and small, and are made of wood (as are their hooves)
leaves can grow all over them! their legs, their horns, their tails!
skin patterns are typically limited to spots/dapples, with the occasional striping
they have very very hard fangs!
