It's a cute little Togetic!
So I made this little one in about 2 hours or so, I really liked how all the shading came out. I recently JUST found out there was a grid system in MSPaint, and I sorta feel stupid because, wow, that thing is INCREDIBLY useful and I just found out about it. After all these years... Oh well, now that I know it's there, I can use it a lot more now. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this perler!

There are some beads that look like they have smaller circles inside of them. They're the beads right around her face, what color are they - if you don't mind my asking? ^//^

Are you asking about the tan color? Because that's her primary color of her face.
