Description "She was a lovely lady, with a romantic mind and such a sweet mocking mouth. Her romantic mind was like the tiny boxes, one within the other, that come from the puzzling East, however many you discover there is always one more; and her sweet mocking mouth had one kiss on it that Wendy could never get, though there it was, perfectly conspicuous in the right-hand corner." - Peter Pan

What this line inspired me to draw/paint. It took me... a while. I started it, then a week and a half? let's say that. A week and a half later I finished.

Tools:
MC pencils, erasers, crayola markers, sharpie markers, bic. markers, prismicolor markers, artist pen, sharpie pen, water color pencils, water, and paint.
long list, I guess you could also add inspiration, light, fun, heat, time, and a lot of other things.

Wow this is very dreamy and lovely.... I understand Peter and Wendy on the boxes, but I am not sure how Tigerlily fits into it... but nonetheless it is very beautiful and I love it. It speaks to me.

thank you! When I was deciding how to make this picture, I tried to put in someone who seemed fitting to me. Tigerlilly was one of the only girls in Never-land, right? So I drew her their for practice, and because she was one of the first people that came to mind when I started to sketch.

man, that is a long explanation. Again, Thank you very much!

I thout this look familiar Im a big fan of the original book Peter Pan By J.M. Barrie, You should read the book In my opinion the book is better then the movie by Dinsey. I Like other Good movies for Peter Pan to Like 'Peter Pan Starring Mary Martin' or 'Hook' peter pan done by robin williams that one my favorite.

I dont hate Dinsey I like some of there movies. Im just little mad at them for getting rid of alot of things I like, like they fired all the cartoon animators saying 3-D is the new thing and knowone wants 2-D anymore!, they try to take over many cartoon companys!, they take credit for storys they never make up!, and there very greedy people!. I cant tell you how my storys I heard of them doing bad things to great artists and leaving them in the dust it's just plane cruel. Thats why I like to subport other animators like Anime or exedra or whatever. If I buy a Dinsey movie I'll buy at 'st.vincent de paul' Cheep.

Most books are better than the movie, I'll have to check the book out, an see if I can find the movies.

Disney... has a habit of messing things up. especial with squeals. the old originals are great! it's harder to find the quality now.

I know what you mean I read alot of Origials book's of movie's done by Disney.
Here's one movie they mess up realy bad 'Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi' the Novel book is realy good, but the movie does not do the book justice.
There are other such books I've read as well like: 'The Jungle Book's by Rudyard Kipling', 'Rodin Hood by Howard Pyle', 'Cinderrlla by charels perrault', 'Little Mermaid by hans christian andersen','Bambi by Felix Salten' ,and 'Alice in Wonderland and through the looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll.'
All these books I found realy misused by Disney or such. Dont get me worng some of the Disney movies are ok, And I dont mind watching them once in a wile. But a person like me who has read alot of books. And more I read books I can tell you Diseny Changed books that where already good books into something there not. And now know one whats to read the books cause 'why read the books when you can watch it on TV.' thats what alot of people say sadly.

* a while, not awhile.

Why the boxes?

I love the facial expression, by the way.

I fixed it, spelling and go and fly to Spain so it learns how weird it is.

because in the line it said "Her romantic mind was like the tiny boxes, one within the other, that come from the puzzling East, however many you discover there is always one more" so I drew boxes because they decided to be there.

thanks!
