Select "swatches" in photoshop, open the menu and choose "replace colors". (If you have any custom colors, make sure you save them before overwriting them.)
Open the file and set your swatches view to "small list" that you see the color names.
I made one .aco file for every pony and replace the Photoshop swatches everytime, it is a lot more comfortable to work with than having one list with 500+ colors.
