They meet. Drama ensues. They become friends. Lots of subtext.
Later on they grow up. Relationship close in.
They're very sweet. Sugar free. Both would give themselves right away for the other.

Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. It's an anime with 3 seasons...Though if you're new to them I recomend you to see the movie wich explain all the first season. Then if you like and want can see more.
