Description
A friend of mine loves Hetalia and MLP, so this just had to be done XDPrussia is missing a tooth from being hit with Hungary's frying pan too many times
As for the cutie marks, France has a fleur de lis because he loves beauty (and a flower is the perfect symbol for that), Prussia the iron cross because of his military nature and Spain a sun for his "fiery" personality

It's the "pony trio thing" (Unicorn, Pegasus and Earth pony, just like the CMC and Twilight, Fluttershy, and Applejack)
Prussia as pegasus(pegasi are known to be sometimes lazy but "hardworking" at the same time, take a look at rainbow dash who sleeps a lot and soarin who eats a lot), France as unicorn(fancy, self-exp. just look at rarity), Spain as earth pony(hardworking, most earth ponies have fruit/vegetable themed cutie marks too)
