For my self defense, Spain also has jokes like this *don't kill me*Lately I've been trying to understand what's exactly the portuguese humor, ever since I saw this [link]
In that blog there was this joke too, but only in portuguese, so I decided to illustrate it instead of simply translate it
Now a little explanation for those who don't get the joke
First of all Port and Spain don't like each other. Even though their relationship has improved greatly in these last few years, they still pull pranks on each other every now and then (much like England and France). Nothing as serious as this though, since it's only a joke and not an actual event, but it does illustrate the general feeling
Second, Iberian men are still pretty much macho in nature, so when they're not trying to prove who's the biggest man to each other, they're hitting on girls. And in this case the obvious target is the blond
So what's really happening is, Port is taking advantage of the presence of the women to get even with Spain when no one's looking (typical "chinaman's revenge")

This is a cute joke. Prussia also made one like this during his GDR years, and Russia has one like this soon after he was freed from communist rule. France also has one like this. Port looks so nice when he's being devious.
Prussia: So the awesome me was sitting in a train with Russia, an old lady, and a hot East German chick.
*cue imaginespot with all of them sitting on the train. The train reaches a dark tunnel, where a a kiss and then a slap is heard. When they passengers can see again, they see Russia with a swollen cheek*
Prussia: So the old lady thinks "Girls these days are awesome. The fat Russian bastard tried to kiss her and she gave him an awesome bitch slap worthy of her awesome Prussian heritage." The hot chick thinks "That fat Russian is a dumbass--he must have kissed either the awesome, sexy albino hunk sitting across from me or the old lady and gotten slapped for his trouble." Russia thinks "But I didn't even do anything. It must be that awesome, sexy, albino hunk Prussia who I stole from his brother because I totally lusted for his hot, hard abs who, in all his awesomeness, acted like a true man and stole a kiss from the girl. I only wish that he had missed and kissed me..." And the great and awesome me was thinking "Ha, look at them all being taken in by my awesome plan! I kissed my own hand and then bitch slapped Russia with my awesome PrussiaSlap!" So? How was the joke?
Germany: ...Behind you.

Yeah, but that's what he gets for all the crap he's pulled on his siblings.
This type of joke is always told about a citizen of the country telling the joke slapping someone from a country they dislike. Prussia and other Soviet satellites slap Russia. China slaps Japan. France slaps Germany. Russia slaps one of his old communist bosses.
I'm sure Russia is ready to punish the kid who didn't play nice when they were on a train together.

It was all Czech's idea. Lovely sense of humor, that girl. She's been using it to keep herself from going nuts after all those years of oppression. (In fact, whenever she meets Prussia, she probably jokes that he's deader than Paul McCartney of the Beatles or calls him a zombie and yells for someone to get her a chainsaw) Still, Lithuania's exhibit peeing on Russia...Quite giggleworthy.
