Description
Unfortunately I can't take the credit for taking the reference photo for this drawing, but I really enjoyed the tonal challenges it presented.Related content

great atmosphere, you really caught the right tone! You like Gustave DorΓ©? Zichy Mihaly? Alphonse Mucha, maybe the latter is not necessary with this atmosphere the reason i ask is i wrote a very classic mythology, its a combination of greek allegoric tales, gothicism, steampunk, its a grand epic story with muse angels and Goddess written in dedication for art itself. Id like to work with you on the illustrations if you like. If you are interested i can send a list of main characters and events and you can see if you like to read some chapters, they are mostly some proze poetry impressions and short fragments it did n't turn into a huge volume. But i got some contacts to publish it and you would get royalties on every book sold. Its an excellent challenge, not such authoritive, innovating and as yet magistral classic things are written today.

Thank you for your kind words, I am flattered that you think that my work would be suitable to illustrate your writing. Unfortunately I will not be able to take you up on your offer, as I am currently working on a project of my own that is taking up a lot of my time. I wouldn't want to take on any more work that I couldn't do justice. Good luck with finding someone to work with.

This is beautiful. Wonderful hands and feet; you did a great job expressing the calm strength of a dancer.

The tonal quality looks great. I especially like the detail in the feet and hand. You can see the strength in the dancer while still making her look light.

i enjoy the way you've made her hair faintly done to show how much light is on it. leaving the back open is also very nice
