I am so sorry for the wait!! ;n; I did not ever mean to take this long on slot commissions-- But some personal things have come up lately.
..And pixel shading takes me forever, neh~ <3
BUT ANYWAY
I was so scared when I read the scarf wasn't optional-- But it turned out I really had a lot of fun working on it, hehe.
The bangs should really flop a bit more, oops.

Wowowow this came out great! 
I love the animation, it looks so smooth! You got her scarf right too, and it moves perfectly with the motion. 
And it`s understandable that it took for a while to draw, animating can be a long process sometimes.
