I'm completely in agreement with ya, I would LOVE to see Iruka fight a heck of lot more either in the anime or manga... but alas.

First thing I noticed was the awesome pose XD Very awesome. Also, very good job on the anatomy. ^^
The only constructive thing I can think of is his hair could probably use more texture, but that's basically a style thing since you've done it the same way as in the series. 
The shading in itself is well done, but I can't seem to figure out where the light is coming from X_X
All in all, very cool piece, great work ^_^ Keep it up.
