Hey everyoneFor some reason- I'm in Art Block mode.....so~
I decided to make a random lazy tutorial because was the first one who said that I should do tutorials-
And I'm sorry if you can't understand it I was really really lazy

If my Oc's/Character hair is white, how can I do that?

Hmm not sure if this would work but try doing the lines in a gray color or somewhere around light - grayish -blue
