Oh man, there is SO much history here, I don't know where to start! During my first two years of Highschool I did a 75-page fancomic for DBZ called "Boxing Briefs: The Misadventures of Trunks." It was funtime shenanigans, and incredibly ridiculous, but it was something to do, you know?Anyway, I bought the redubbed Vegeta Saga two weeks ago, spent a weekend watching it, and, after my friend and I dug out the old comics for a laugh, I decided to do a little tribute piece, for the sake of the good ol' days. Hence, Boxing Briefs: The Tango. Enjoy it, and don't ask questions >;}
DBZ and all characters are (c) Akira Toriyama, FUNImation, and probably a ton of other folks I don't wanna look up.
Boxing Briefs: TMoT is (c) meeeeeee, and though you'll probably never see anything else from it, it's still miiiine. Ugh, I loved it so <3
(Pssst, I haven't done DBZ stuff for ages, so I know it looks wonky and disproportional, plus, the BG is as awful as any of my other ones. We should all be used to this by now XD)

Trunks, Goten, and crazy shenanigans. Future Trunks made a few special guest appearances and always ended up playing with the little kids rather than chilling with the adults, though. Also, there was a special comic starring Gohan, which was lame and bizarre XD

reminds me of my shattered humorous comic: Salt Shaker Saga. there were many questions with the title at first...like "what about pepper shakers?!" hello, black people? they're the pepper shakers. if it's not the NAACP its the KKK, honestly, the KKK is scarier.

I remember watching Dragon Ball when I was a kid, but I could never get into DB:Z. Dunno, just couldn't oO Actually, I think the original was the first "anime" style show I ever watched too.

Well, they just re-released seasons 1 & 2, and man, it makes a world of difference! I miss a few of the old voices, but I do NOT miss a bit of the old dialogue. XD
Hahaha, well, this pic was done as a bit of a throwback to a huge DBZ comic I'd done, and in that particular installment, Future Trunks was a guest star. He and lil' Trunks were arguing about whom everything belonged to (whose cat it was, whose cereal, who Goten's best friend was, the parents, that sort of thing XD), and there was this added gag that F.Trunks had a bit of an oedipus complex XD So he's quite distressed XD
And dude, Vegeta is the BADASS in tight pants XD Not hard to figure out ;}

Hahaha, they've had DBZ on DVD for years, my dear--well, at least most of it; I know that the Frieza saga didn't come out on DVD for awhile (who cares, though, because it sucked XD), and I think parts of the Cell Games STILL haven't been released, but other than that, I had the first dubs of seasons 1 & 2 on DVD in highschool (like, five years ago XD), and the majin buu stuff, too. But what's just been released are redubs with the newer FUNI voice actors and the original Japanese music, then the Japanese language track, and also the original English dub. It's so glorious, there are just no words XD
And while those are definite prerequisites to proper BADASSism, you must also have a devil-may-care attitude, some sort of vendetta against somebody (if you have two or three, you're that much more BADASS), and it would help if you kill a lot of random people.
Oh, and being able to look threatening in a pink shirt and yellow pants is also a definite must XD

I knoooow, I had to switch to Gundam Wing for awhile to get me through, but luckily the Trunks and Android Sagas came along and redeemed the show XD (After Garlic Jr., though, I thought for sure that I'd never be able to watch it again XD) And that's tragic!! There are far too many bad anime DVDs here in the states :/

I know, right? They just rereleased seasons 1&2; I highly recommend buying them. I mean, 3 versions of DBZ for $27 a season is just fantastic!
