I'm not a big comic book person (let alone a DC fan), and as such, most if not all of my knowledge of DC has come from internet review shows such as AT4W and CinemaSins. However, seeing as the main conceit of Aggressive Retsuko is the titular character's anger and Red Lanterns get their power from their anger, this was only natural. I'm not exactly sure if there can be good Red Lanterns, but I like to think there can be (otherwise what's the point of whatever organization that manages the various Lantern Corps keeping them around?). Text translation:
真紅の血と怒りは、
真新しき死体から抉られ、
我らの地獄の憎しみと交わり、
我らは貴様を焼き尽くす…それが貴様の運命！
(Shinku no chi to ikari wa,
Mātarashiki shitai kara egurare,
Warera no jigoku no nikushimi to majiwari,
Warera wa kisama o yakitsukusu... Sore ga kisama no unmei!) (Text in Retsuko's speech bubble): This has an official English version, so I'll provide both the official one and my own, more literal translation (which is probably going to sound pretty weird and/or underwhelming).
Official English motto:
With blood and rage of crimson red,
Ripped from a corpse so freshly dead,
Together with our hellish hate,
We'll burn you all-- that is your fate!

My translation:
With deep crimson blood and anger,
Gouged out of a brand new corpse,
Combined with our hellish hatred,
We'll burn you to nothing... That's your destiny!
