Oh, to be a witty and smart young lady in a Jane Austen book.
My sister was visiting the mainland and she brought an arsenal of drawing-stuff. I got to try her iPad and decided to draw sketch of a random lady, inspired by the Regency era / Jane Austen (since I had watched the latest rendition of “Emma”). She looks like she's plotting something hehe!

I really liked to draw on the iPad and was immediately plagued by the idea of the perfect life it would give me to have one myself. Drawing in bed, drawing while travelling, drawing on my lunch break, and drawing and doodling outside 8,U The possibilitieeeees!
So now I've ordered one and I hope it will fill the hole I've created for myself. I hope it will motivate me to draw more since I can have it with me and it's smaller and more convenient.

Don’t worry, I know about the fashion style and the book and that they’re not related in that way. Lolita fashion is so pretty!
Hair can be so troublesome! But it sounds like you’re one of the lucky ones with really thick and strong hair. There’s people who cut their hair to make it thinner and more voluminous (and easier to style) since their hair is so heavy. It’s a difficult choice, have long and thick hair or make it more easy to style. And the soft perm worked for you, so there are some ways hehe!
I have very long hair and when my friend did my hair it was like 2 days old hair with some volume mousse in it already.
They did take every piece of hair and made it wet and added the curling lotion, then used foam rollers. Then air dry for a couple of hours, then some blow drying a little, and then very strong hairspray after combing it out. I slept in it and hade the same hairstyle afterwards lol. It would have kept even longer if it wasn’t for me showering that evening.
