(Sources say the buffoon is some deranged employee from the old Kanto Power Plant. He seems to only communicate through easily decrypted messages written on Magnemite Stationary. While he claims to be a hero himself, it seems to be his companion pokemon that does the work. Often he is found hiding in caves or on balconies typing away into his mobile computer. When out in the open, the man is aloof and a danger to himself - that giant magnemite helmet provides little visibility.)
