Honestly itβs either Brolyβs base power was stronger than Ssj form sense the sayians form multiples the base power. Or the form continues to multiply until the user explodes like Kale. But unless we get a confirmation on it this is the best guess.

Honestly it could be that, but sense there isnβt an official multiplayer, and the fact that form can keep up with Ssj blue Kaioken. Itβs safe to assume that itβs not grade 2.
(Also the buff grade forms reduced speed, and mobility. So it would explain Vegeta never using that form after the cell arc.)

Because Blue Evolved is basically Ssj 2. Think Super Sayian God as base, and Blue Evolved as ssj 2.

Because Super Sayian Blue is Ssj with god ki, so it would make sense to give it the multiplayer. And sense ssj2 is the power of two super sayians ( making it an additional 50x), it made sense.
