Could it be that Eustal is actually a female? After watching this video: [link] , I couldn't help but assume that this character is based on the female Angler Fish. Because if he is a male Angler Fish humanoid... I can't imagine how fearsome a female Angler Fish humanoid would be. Perhaps this picture is of the reproductive process?
