Description
A Couple going on a road trip, have a sudden sight of a monster coming towards them amidst the clouds, who appears to show smile at seeing the couple. I added the final touches to the painting on the PC after completing the sketch on the paper.Related content

Awesome character design on that gnarly son-of-a-bitch, dude. Very original and it plays on a lot of common fears I think. Like clowns and car trouble.

This is...one of the most frightening images I've seen in a while! There's a lot of monster art where the viewer has no way of relating to the image, and the monster is simply fantasy. But adding these two people that seem like they could be your neighbors, with the modern elements of the road sign and the road itself and the car, really helps to draw the viewer into the image and for a second see themselves as part of this scene. Really incredible work, and love the teeth of the monster!!! Awesome, really!
