some more detailed info:

The cuffs work with mini multidirectional thrusters from inside capable of making a force of 200N each, countering any attempt of movement (including the constant gravity pull so you can keep someone standing, but its gonna be hard to lift up someone above 80kg)
The wand has four toggeable buttons (one for each cuff), allowing to move the cuffs over space with the wand or to set fix the current position, and an on/off switch.
The wand and the cuffs have an inside compass to be able to move freely independently to their rotation.

And everything comes with a nice glow to pretend you're doing magic

yes, you can also make someone dance for you with this ;3 (if you have enough skill with the wand)
