My fav favorite is Dumb and Dumber; when Harry met Llyod...it's comedy at perfection and the script is divinely packed with more stupidity then I've ever seen at a highschool.

I still have yet to see that one but I loved the first one so I'll have to check it out. I think Due Date is one of the funniest movies I've seen in a while it's priceless and I feel a connection to the personalities of both of the main characters.
