001. Decora Kei Cat - A cat who dislikes others who wear the decora kei style. He especially hates another decora kei cat who has pink hair, and is in a certain ice cream gang. He, along with his partner in crime, Fisherman Bunny, both wear simple, colorful eye makeup. He's quite vengeful, and cold, however he does hold a soft spot for the Fisherman Bunny. His favorite piece of clothing is the billowing, long sleeved jacket he carelessly puts on.

002. Fisherman Bunny - A fisherman who took an accidental delivery trip to Kemonomimi city to give fish to the local orphanage. After meeting the Decora Kei Cat, they became partners in crime - but only if they're doing good things. At heart he's a kind bunny, but will not hesitate to protect his partner at all costs, even if it results in violence. The fish and wave patterned clothing they both have were made by him to, and he knows how to sew and knit, and will make custom clothes for his buddy.
