Description --- now, I'm trying to practice my editing skills. As with the deviation I did before this I merely went on my gut feel to try and get a better handle on manips and what little skill I have.  


Of course, the important thing. STOCKS I USED. Not too many today:

Gosh, I just love steampunk atmosphere... The picture has a really nice atmosphere to it, it's rather dreamy than realistic. I think you're going in the right direction, using the textures and playing around with colors... In my opinion, it's a lot better than "realistic" photomanipulations ^^

wow this is a lovely piece, very atmospheric and surreal I really like lighting - especially the contrast between the foreground and the sky and background - it really draws the focus of the image to the girl.

This picture is amazing...You combined all the stock very well

Woah! Looks cool! I love steam punk. It looks a little alike some kind of watches's burial. Flames on gears bring more desisted effect. The castle far away in backroung, which is aso painted alikes gives to character ever more loneliness. Characters clothers looks cool, espceially hat and gorsette.

It's really beautiful and very sad at same time, the atmosphere is hard. The dark and the orange make it steampunk looks. But don't know why the character don't touch me.

I really like this,


its seems very steampunkesc and i think thats very cool seeing as it is one of my foavorite styles of art ( even though im terrible at drawing it)


you did a very good job blending it all together, it looks bascially seamless

I'm glad you picked up on Steampunk! It's totally what I was going for. TBH, it's something that I'd never done before

and it's funny, I was poking around the site and looking for some awesome stock when I can across the abandoned broilers

that I knew I just HAD to use. <3 so cue in the gears and the steampunk model, haha and voila. 

OMG, I went nearly crossed-eye having to zoom in and blend and hardcut and whatnot. I'm glad you liked it!! Thanks for the comment.

It's a wonderful photomanipulation!!


I really like the way you put everything together to make it seem surreal and messy though you come up with a brilliant composition You make a great use of the resources and make the picture look as it was in a dark athmosphere while the contrast of colours between gold and red is the first thing the eye meets.
