Description Each macaron is filled with a chocolate-covered raspberry (from my garden, again! lol. I'm doing everything i can to use them up!) and vanilla buttercream.

They're a "thank you" gift for a friend of my Dad's.

I've been looking for a vanilla butter cream recipe~
All the others seem to have either cream in them or other things and don't sound all that appetizing (ok I lie they all sound good but not simple to acquire ingredients)
I sense macarons and frittatas in the near future!
