Ring BLAHTuners are individuals who follow Ring Road (no exceptions), a support road that consists of fixing and synchronizing Air Treks with their respective riders. They are, in a sense, specialized mechanics in that they cannot participate in Parts Wars or Team Battles-- but while mechanics work with the surface-level technicalities, tuners are far more knowledgeable of the intimate workings of ATs. They create the ultimate configuration between a rider and their equipment by listening to the “rhythm” of the body and ATs, subsequently synchronizing them to the optimal levels by adjusting parts and values inside of the ATs.

air treksThe modified ice skate-designed ATs* were originally for the purpose of pursing his dream to be a rider. The ATs which he named "Glacier" was modified to enable the rider to glide through and maneuver without much resistance when preforming high jumps. However due to his health complications*, Glacier is now used as means of transportation.

A silent snowman helmet-wearing observer of Part Wars and competitions, Cold prefers to watch others (and analyze) them from a comfortable distance. He only pays attention to the things that spark his interest and benefit, usually shunning others (who don't interest him unless they prove themselves) and telling them that they are not worth his time while giving them a smile as to not hurt their feelings too much. He has a steady pace of doing things, taking each detail into consideration much like how he manipulates others to his bidding without them knowing it. Cold's overly jolly disposition (that sounds fake at times) and his direct comments on others make him a hard person to understand or approach.

history/team historySkipping the younger years as they are not that important.

A born and raised from Greenland, Cold migrated to Japan (due to his father's occupation) at the age of 16. The change of scenery (and climate) was hard for Cold but one thing sparked his interest as it reminded him of the one thing he loved from his homeland. Air Treks. He pleaded his parents to buy him a pair who, reluctantly but believe these would help their boy adjust to his new life, bought him one a few weeks later. It didn't take long for Cold to adjust using his ATs as he claimed, it was like "ice skating during the afternoons" all over again. From there, Cold found out about Parts Wars, about Kings and Queens and about Riders. Cold was determined to be a rider and be the best there is.

That dream quickly ended as it began when Cold was told (by his parents) that he wasn't fully capable of being a rider due to his health complications. Why should this stop him from dreaming, he told himself. If he could not bask in glory then someone should do so in his place. Deciding to achieve this new dream of his, Cold placed all his attention in providing his future rider the support that she/he may need thus he became a tuner. Cold spent most his time learning and observing other tuners on everything there is to know to be a good tuner.
