Manikin/ Tabitha RossumManikin appeared once in an old Batman comic. I redesigned her to look more creepy manikin than clone Lady Clayface (like she originally appeared).
Her last name, Rossum, is a reference to "Tabula Rasa" or blank slate, and also to the Batman Animated Series character Karl Rossum (creator of HARDAC). For more info check out my blog.
