Description
I wanted to rework an older drawing of Ulysses Hadiran Armstrong, aka The General.He was originally a Batman villain and eventually he became a villain for Tim Drake, Robin (now Red Robin).
Currently in the comics, Ulysses has taken the identity of Anarky.
I made him younger, creepier, and cooler. I tried to make the clothes appear larger than him to exaggerate his absurdity and menace.
