Description
How can something awful turns awesome tonight?
If the stars have secretly gone somewhere I can't find,
Stumped, why things most vital are sometimes missing?
Why do we say we need them, by the time they're leaving?

Confusion invading my mind,
Darkness embracing my World,
I decided to go far-off with my imagination,
And in just a blink of an eye, it all happened like a science fiction.

I caught myself gazing in a place so scenic,
Where there's bounty of grass and pine trees to visit,
A wooden bench standing alone,
Seems so confident, relaxed, at home.

The scattered lightning bugs,
Emphasizes their bright luminous spots,
Flying as a replacement,
For the absent stars of my night.

But beyond this view,
Are buried memories with you,
I know and we know,
That this place is somewhere, only we know.

And ... Awful just turned awesome tonight.

I'm finally able to upload this. Yey!
I made this illustration a month ago, I got inspired of Keane's song; Somewhere Only We Know
The poem was composed by one of my classmate; Catherine Jardeliza Thanks Catherine!
She's good at writing so I asked her to make me one for my next artwork, and here it is. I hope you like it!

I made the illustration using Procreate and Photoshop.
