Jin: Ahhh here we go.
After months of speculation the truth surrounding the end of the war becomes clear. With commander Iroh leading the Fire Rebels and elements of the Free-Nations against superior forces just outside the Fire Nation Capital, it appears the Avatar and his small band infiltrated the capital to face the Fire Lord directly. After a massive contest it appears that Fire Princess Azula fell in battle, The Fire Lord and his son Prince Zuko then launched a counter attack, which all but annihilated the small party. In a strange turn of events Prince Zuko then turned on his father and killed him after it appeared that the Fire Lord was preparing to finish off his beaten foes. Apparently the final blast of the tight contest, from the powerful Prince, all but vaporised half of the royal place. After taking the throne Prince Zuko took charge of his beleaguered army. Rallying his flagging troops the young Prince turned the battle around. Once the advantage was won the Prince called a truce. Information is still sketchy but it appears Commander Iroh and all free soldiers surrendered, their position now hopeless.
In an even stranger twist the victorious Prince pardoned all rebels then ordered all fire nation soldiers to return to pre war positions, calling an end to the long war. The Avatar and his badly hurt friends were treated and released. Only a few weeks in the top job the Prince abdicated, handing power over to his Uncle Iroh, who he had fought in battle only weeks before. The Prince disappeared soon afterwards, his location still remains a mystery, much like his motives.

Zuko: Sounds about right.

Jin: Says here that Zuko was treated himself by the water bender Katara a few weeks later, before disappearing. She is the same girl that treated your scar right?

Zuko: Ya, sweet girl, couldn’t heal it totally, but it’s a lot better then before.

Jin: So my lovely Prince Lee, what would you say about the whole thing.

Zuko: What do you mean?

Jin: Why did Zuko do it? He had beaten everyone, he could have ruled the world, why did he give it all up?

Zuko: Oh I don’t know… Maybe he finally realised that power… honour, and all that comes with it was simply overrated. He just needed to have it all before he could realise how worthless it was.

Jin: So what would he… or you, consider to be worthwhile in life then?

Zuko: hmmmm… Things that make you happy… Good people, good times… maybe some good tea.

Jin: he he he, that I think I can help you with my prince…

Zuko: I was hoping you would say that

So there you go, just an excuse for a relaxed pose, missing my girl and all… Scenes like this just pop into my mind on the occasion.
