It seems to be the week for ID's and portraits with both Beau and David posting them as well as many others.
The dog is a nightmare as much as I love her. Thanks.

I must not watch either. Do you mean sunseeker?
And your beautiful dog is lucky to have a human who loves her like you do!

She is lucky!! She took off again today for no apparent reason after shedding my back doorstep She is fast backing me into a corner.
Turns out she had a great day going to work at a vineyard with my neighbor

They are both great and I will definitely consider adding them to my watchlist when I have time to really watch anybody again...
At least you found her (or she came back). I really do hope she doesn't push you into that corner too hard.

Me too. I'm running out of ideas to keep control of her. Would be OK if we could be home all the time, but this is not possible. Trying to figure out how I could take her to work with me safely and practically as I cannot watch her properly while working, and do not trust her to wander. Too hot in the car.

Considering some sort of dog cage like hunters use, but am not quite sure how to make it work to keep her out of the weather etc. In general I need something I know she cannot get out of when she does panic.

How big would the dog cage be?
Could you use one of those oversize golf umbrellas? Even if it didn't cover the whole cage it might give her a place to shelter.

A small cage for shelter and to tie her to. She can shelter under the trailer when it is not parked on a road.
