I was hoping to get this one done sooner, but it took me longer then expected
I was having such a trouble with the background, I was going for the bubbly background look...yeah it kinda didn't work ._. when I get more help I'll update it

if you would be so amazing as to give me permission to use some of your sprites, ill do my best to be amazing back also! straight up ill give you full credit as the original artist of the sprite, on and off the canvas, links in the descriptions of all my social networkings. i also record my Ps sessions in HD and upload them to youtube, although premier is no small learning curve.. im still a total noob but i will become pro x). while working around and with your sprite, ill dribble on about how awesome you are and all that good jazz! and i finally figured out frame rate! so i can do 900 speed vids now for every project too x)
i look forward to a reply soon! even if its a denial i completely understand, and greatly respect the returned answer regardless...

waaaaah love how the pose turned out **envy hearts towards you** But I love how the dots shadow turned out!!! IS that a brush or what did you use to do that?

for the dots in the background I was trying to do something else and I just decided to leave it like that or else I was going to through Bruce (laptop) out the window cause I was getting so frustrated
but I used the pixelate-color halftone filter in photoshop, I copied the layer (just dawn) and put it in the background making a little bit bigger then the finished one for that effect
