I would like to point out that while you very neatly spliced in the glass, the angle of the glass is all wrong. It is not supposed to be straight down (towards the bottom of the picture) but rather at an angle parallel to the face.
Also while you're at it, I think you could do more to this picture. I'm not saying that you should go overboard and slap cliched overdone, "dark" effects you see around DA but something to make the base photo (the person) into your own.
Overall I do think it's a good effort!
