Based off a Mandarinfish! I originally wanted to name her Mandarin or Mandarin fish, but I felt like that would be too uncreative.

she’s distantly related to Tsunami’s family (great granddaughter of one of Coral’s sons)
She lives on a busy island halfway between Pyrrhia and Pantala (the island is known for its crowded and festive market and pretty houses with great views)

Anchor wears a bunch of long silk nets that has sea glass tangled in it.

Anchor is mainly SeaWing, though she has some SilkWing relatives. She has glow scales around her eyes and on her gills, and near the end of her tail. Her sail ends near her back but it continues growing around her hip.
