Ole hyvä!    Yritän "murtaa" perinteistä suomalaista hiljaisuuden kulttuuria, jossa varsinkaan ns. positiivista palautetta ei juurikaan tule Tietysti melkoinen opettelu siinä, että oppii antamaan rakentavaa positiivissävytteistä palautetta mut hei pieniä askeleita kerrallaan!
