Description In the studio, while waiting for our model, I took some pics of my shoes and the stereo I bought at Value Village not too long ago.

I just got another old stereo, but I didn't have access to a studio all summer, but now I do so you can expect a sequel

Nice - reminds me of when I was 14yrs old off school on summer holidays, one of my friends had a "ghetto blaster" as we called it, similar to yours, only friends handle broke off so he had to carry it on his shoulder.  We thought it cool to posse about with blaster on full volume blasting out early acid house.  Those things took a lot of batteries to power for sure and calamity could strike if it over heated and the C60 cassette tape unwound which then required a delicate winding of tape back into cassette (using a pencil to turn the cassette case cog wheel things) trying not to twist tape so it would be uniform and good to go again when blaster cooled off and a tape head clean was done using cotton buds dipped in methylated spirits.  Your pic brings back my old school memories for sure
