Better late than never... here's an official video that sums them up. Β And yes, they're also mutually hostile and will fight one another if the opportunity arises; this can be leveraged by savvy operators. Β NPC rogue agents are an 'exception', only appearing in certain campaign missions.

Hi ! Just played the beta yesterday , and had a few fights with the Cleaners and Rioters........Trust me , although I had been working in PLA's weapon development department for a couple of years ,I still couldn't understand how the Cleaner Sweeper combine their AK with the flamethrower.....

Must be the underbarrel system like one in the COD : Black Ops! Though I don't know that system even possible... Combination of portable pressurized gas and spark maybe?

well , it was stated that the cleaners' gas tanks weren't oxygen tank but rather napalm tanks for their shotgun/assault rifle with a makeshift flamethrower taped to it , so that explained why 1 shot and they will blown up
