EDIT 10/17/16: His name is now Spectre.

I've wanted to make an OC with the combination of my favorite features for a dragon: Black and white scales and turquoise colored flame-looking spikes. Well that's one of my favorite color-schemes anyway. I also don't have as many male OCs as I do females, so I wanted to make a new male dragon character.

I came up with this guy last night (see Made and Posted date for context) while doing some sketches after browsing some art sites, and that's how he came to be. I don't have a name for him yet, nor do I know what his alliance would be but so far I've drawn him in a more villainous light as a kidnapper type character (...He kidnaps Shardie and makes her his pet or something...). To me he looks more like a villain than a hero or neutral character, but that remains to be seen.

As for his reference sheet, some details on his body:

Crest: They look like flames, but the crest and tail 'flames' are actually solid spike-like material, smooth to the touch and quite hard. I faded them for the reference sheet to show that the spikes down his neck and tail are on both sides of the crest. The bits above the spikes that look like flame effects are actually also solid, they don't really move usually.

White spikes: As stated above, they are on both sides of his neck and tail. Looking at the tail...I think the black stripe should go all the way down to the end of the white spikes.

Those are the only two bits of importance, other than that the eyes are also slit-pupiled by default. I don't know what kind of dragon he is as of now, or his powers, but he's still a work in progress character.
