But it got s stupid by the 3rd film. Singing random songs? Conveniently having amnesia about a T-Rex killing Little Foot's mom and turning him into a Sharptooth activist? (in my opinion)
There's no originality anymore. The last minor bit of creativity where the alien rainbow faces.

Enough re-makes and botched book/game to film adaptations.
Just thinking of the mess that Hollywood's made of one of my favorite zombie novels into film form is making me gag internally.

you should have seen speildburg i had to find the article but i don't remember where i read if from but when he and lucas wanted to put up their recent movies which was fresh and new they were thrown in the woodworks for quite a while. it took them years before holywood accepted it even james camerons avatar had a hell of a time getting started because of it. they were so worried about money that the reason why they made so much money was thrown out the window. i just hope that godzilla is not going to be a disaster when it comes out in 2014

Although honestly even though Spielberg and the cool directors now why try doing original stuff like Avatar...it just wasn't the epic I was amped for. The effects where the whole story, but the plot was just another way to blacklist people who work in companies.
I get enough of that in my Politics class.

I loved those things! The animation CGI, like I said, was the best part of it. Although how's Cameron going to pull off 3 some sequels if he plans to film them back to back?

I don't know if he is going to film them back to back look at what happened with the first one it took him 12 years to do it! Unless he is like Lucas and he already had the script worked out just never had the chance to film it.

If it was like Lucas, one film max that would work. Not a whole shelf of scripts stashed away for the right moment to be used.
Hopefully it doesn't end up like the director of Pirates of he Caribbean, who filmed at the same time he was writing the scripts.

Duckie isn't a Para, she's a different one, a Saurolophus, but I do wish they showed them as adults, like the Land Before Time the Next Generation, or maybe one like Guardians of Ga'hoole and Happy Feet, more realistic but still cartoony

I don't mind the singing just as long as it's not constant, some of the songs are really good, but it's nice to have at least one song.
I never liked the TV show version, it's not bad, but it completely goes away from the plot the movies set up, which is a waste.
They should of made the show with them as adults, even adults can have adventures

the thing i didn't like was the fact that they turned the movie into a musical and made it more fluffy then the original was. And they are still babies! i mean even my 4 year old nephew wanted to know when are they going to grow up.

Sort of bothers me that Duckie is drawn as a Parasaurolophus. Granted there's no evidence saying she's not, but her mother does not look like one. And there are actual ones in the move. Even if she didn't grow into the thing on her head there was clear evidence of when Parasaurolophus's are born, they have them.
