Does he have no hand or something? If not... cool! I love the way you did a lot of things on this picture!
The dagger are cool, spinning like that, but the rock thing looks a bit wierd. The face also looks a bit strange, but perhaps it is just the angle.
You do not empasize the small things though. The small daggers in his tunic are supurb and the sword is damn awesome!!
Great work man, I hope you get some more respect. You are better than a lot of the people I have seen.

The rock is his psicrystal, like a familiar to wizards and sorcerers. It's supposed to look odd and float like that.
