Dawnfeather is a half clan she-clan who was originated from Windclan. She lived there for most of her Kithood until there was a scene. Sandpelt, Dawnfeather's mother took her to ThunderClan in Leaf-bare underneath a inactive rabbit burrow with leaves covering her up to warm her and then she vanished into the misty forest with a faint scent of her mother. Dawnfeather mewed helplessly in the Leaf-bare weather making her shiver until a rogue grabbed her by the scruff and placed Dawnfeather into ThunderClan's camp entrance thinking she escaped from her Clan not too far away from her and the Leader found Dawnfeather shivering helplessly with her whiskers icing up from the cold. The leader took in Dawnfeather as an ThunderClan member.
Dawnfeather became an apprentice for her clan and gotten a mentor of the name Berryleaf, She was a brilliant mentor. She taught Dawnfeather so much so quickly that she was one of the best fighters in the apprentice rank back then. Four moons right about her apprentice ceremony Berryleaf gotten too old to carry on her warrior duties and the Leader gave her the rank of Elder. It made Dawnfeather quite upset once she hear that, Berryleaf was one of her closes friends or closes to a family member she has and left to the Elders den. For Dawnfeather's 2 other moon of her Apprenticeship Bearstrike took over Berryleaf's position.
Dawnfeather gotten her warrior name and became loyal to the Clan. 5 moon afters she was first a warrior the Medicine cat went missing and the clan needed a sign from StarClan to find a Medicne Cat within the Clan and Dawnfeather was chosen from a dream...
Dawnfeather yawned and decided to go have a little nap in her cozy nest. She laid down, covering her face with her tail and slowly shutting her eyes. In a few minutes she finally fell asleep and went into a lucid dream to a place she had never dreamed before, it looked like where all our ancestors from the past live from what other clanmates told her. "I must be in Starclan!" She was in shock but also excited since it's the first time she was in starclan and wanted to know what her Thunderclan ancestors wanted to say... maybe she's there because there is no medicine cat to take messages to tell our leader,Arrowstar, and maybe a sign that Dawnfeather will be the Thunderclan's future medicine cat..But I can't say much now. The ginger she cat walked forward until she sees these faint white and glistening outlines of dead warriors. They were all looking at her which really made her curious. One warriors came up to her and said "You are chosen by StarClan to learn from them the ways of healing." Another ancestor came up beside the other " We will teach you the best ways to heal your clanmates and tell you the most basic and herbs you will need now until you understand how to use them then we will get into the other herbs." A tom came up to explain some of the herbs "Tansy helps to treat coughs and to heal wounds, Poppy seeds are used for numbing pain and help a cat sleep, Catmint is a healing source for treating white cough and green cough, Comfrey is used for broken bones to keep them in the correct way they should be and Dock leaves, They are great for aching paw pads and treat nettle stings." He explained a few herbs for tonight but it's not all the herbs she is going to be told. The tom placed the herbs he listed to Dawnfeather on the ground in front of the she cat "Go sniff each one of these herbs I have listed to you do you have a fair idea what the scent of the herbs smell like" Dawnfeather leaned over towards the herbs and the first herb she smelt was comfrey "That one is comfrey for sure" the second one was Tansy "That's tansy because it has a strong smell" Then went on smelling the herbs and got all of them correct."Well done Dawnfeather, Be ready for your not session" And in a flash Dawnfeather woke up back in her nest where she sleeping and can still smell the faint smell of the herbs she smelt so everything she dreamed wasn't fake..it was real but she isn't telling anyone until she is completely sure when she knows when it's the right time to explain to her clan.
